Goodramgate Apartments is a family-run business in York that takes pride in its notable reputation. We have been operating in York for nearly 20 years. Offering 24 modern, self catering apartments in Grade II listed buildings including a Victorian townhouse, all wonderfully situated by two of York’s most historical landmarks, Monk Bar and Clifford’s Tower. Our central location allows you to immerse yourself in all the historic sites, local independent shops and culinary delights York has to offer. The city is easily explored on foot from all our apartments. Tourist attractions, shops and restaurants are all close by and accessible. Bennett House, our Grade II Victorian townhouse, is located in an idyllic location in the city centre alongside the River Ouse. This large comfortable English home makes it the perfect place to host an event with family and friends as a group. Furnished and decorated with classic, contemporary interiors, our self catering apartments ensure you have a cozy and comfortable stay with us. Sleep soundly in our king sized beds with Egyptian cotton linen. Kitchens are fully equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator and microwave. Our living areas are equipped with wireless internet and smart TVs. Bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers and no need to worry, bath towels and toiletries are provided free of charge. Take advantage of our Minster Studio, Bootham Suite, Tower Mews and Turpins Loft, which all have access to their very own private outdoor areas. Our friendly and approachable reception team are available 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm. Should you require any assistance outside of these hours, you will find our 24-hour Out of Hours Emergency helpline number inside your guest information book. Reservation Payment Terms: Please be aware payment is processed for all reservations at the time of the booking being created. A damage deposit will be required on the day of arrival and the amount of this is based on the apartment booked with us.

This spacious suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for extended stays. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a oven, microwave and a first-floor private patio area. The apartment is nestled alongside the city walls, a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops. It has one king size bed and two single sofa beds. Please note that this apartment is up 1 flight of stairs.
Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment (4 Adults) Jorvik Suite
This second-floor apartment has Egyptian cotton bedding and designer toiletries. This apartment has its own sitting room for you to relax in. The apartment has a king-size bed and two single sofa beds. Please note that this apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.
Superior Studio Apartment with Private Terrace (2 Adults) Minster Studio
Located on the ground floor, this private studio has a king-size bed and a terrace for enjoying a pre-dinner drink. It is close to York Minster in the centre of the city. Sofa beds cannot be requested for this apartment.
Deluxe two bed apartment (6 Adults) Lord Mayors Retreat
This fully refurbished Grade-II listed townhouse is situated in the centre of York. It sleeps up to 6, with 2 bedrooms featuring a king-size bed and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge. The apartment is split across 2 levels, therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. The bathroom is located on the top floor of the apartment next to both of the bedrooms but is not an ensuite bathroom.
One-Bedroom Apartment (4 Adults) - Monks Loft
Second-floor open-plan apartment in a Grade II listed building. It is decorated in a contemporary style and has a unique location, nestled alongside the city walls. Please note that this apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.
