About this Property
Featuring an on-site fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Village By The Sea is located in Wells. This resort offers a hotel feel in a home-like condominium. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room and patio or balcony. Our fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We are not a 24-hour business but are available by phone for in house guests 24/7. Our property offers free parking as well for up to two cars per unit. Ogunquit Beach and Kennebunkport are both 13 minute drives from Village by the Sea.

One-Bedroom Apartment
Our beautiful one-bedroom condos sleep up to four guests. Each unit will have either a king or queen bed and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to four guests. All one-bedroom units have a full living room and kitchen with a small dining area as well. These units are down a single flight of stairs and a patio off of the bedroom. These units have two bathrooms as well! Please note that all units are individually owned so they will differ in decor and tier. Specific room requests may not be met.
Two-Bedroom Apartment
Our beautiful two-bedroom condos sleep up to six guests. Each unit will have differing beds (as seen in photos). Each unit can hold up to six guests in sleeping arrangements. Specific requests for types of beds will be considered but not guaranteed. All two-bedroom units have a full living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Units will also have either a patio or balcony depending on the layout of the units. These units can be on the first, second or third floor and will require stairs to get to upper floors (no elevators). These units also have two bathrooms. Please note that all units are individually owned so they will differ in decor and tier. Specific room requests may not be met.
