Situated in the heart of Arundel, this grade II listed Victorian building was completely refurbished in May 2012 to combine traditional comforts with the facilities of a modern 4-star hotel. The town of Arundel is an enchanting place for you to explore. It is famous for its 12th century castle which was once the historic seat of the Duke of Norfolk, the premier Dukedom of the realm. The The Swan itself dates back to 1759 and is a prominent building on the High Street. The hotel's bar, serving the family owned Fuller Smith & Turner Ltd Ale is popular with locals and guests alike. A large range of Real Ales and continental lagers are served. The restaurant which serves freshly prepared food daily and received a Visit Britain Breakfast Award – 2010. The menu is complimented by a wide range of quality wines from the 200 year old wine cellar.

Each room has a flat-screen TV and an en suite shower room. Not available as family room. Our Snug rooms are warm, inviting, unique and individual with TVs, fine Egyptian cotton linen, and toiletries in en suite bathrooms. Please note, those rooms have limited space and are more suited for solo travellers or short stays. Superior Double Room
Each room is spacious with a separate double shower and a flat-screen TV. Some bathrooms have a bath. For a little more comfort opt for one of our gorgeous Comfy rooms, which are perfect for snuggling up after a day exploring the town. Luxury Double Room
Spacious rooms with a larger bathroom, some with a deep roll-top bath, and all with a separate double shower. Selected rooms can be converted into family rooms (subject to availability and upon request when booking). Extra bed needs to be confirmed by property, based on availability. For a little more space to spread out in, opt for one of our stunning Indulgence rooms. Special and spacious, our Indulgence Rooms also afford you the luxury of a bigger bathroom - some with a beautifully deep roll-top bath, a separate double shower perfect for unwinding after a day's sightseeing in West Sussex. Please note that two of these rooms have double shower only. Some rooms can be easily converted into twin or family rooms, please request this on your reservation.

Not available as family room. Our Cosy room is perfectly formed, with a double bed and with all the charm and character of any of our Beautiful Bedrooms.
